Case Highlight - Motorcycle Tire Failure

A tire “blew” and people were hurt. Badly. The various potential defendants blamed each other and claimed, among other things, that the bike was overloaded, the tire had a design or manufacturing defect, the bike had a design defect, or the owner failed to maintain the tire correctly.

FBW waded into the mess on behalf of our clients, sorting through every possibility, engaged in two years of litigation, and multi-state discovery. In the end, FBW obtained a seven-figure settlement for two of the nicest motorcyclists whose road to Sturgis turned into a life-flight to a nearby hospital and two months of painful recovery.

If you or someone you know is injured anywhere in the U.S., please give us a call. We are here to help. If you are an attorney with questions regarding details of the litigation, we invite you to get in touch.
