About David
David Fried is a trial lawyer who represents injured individuals, families, and businesses in high-stakes litigation. His practice centers on catastrophic injury and wrongful conduct cases, including medical malpractice, trucking, motorcycle and motor vehicle collisions, defective and dangerous premises, inadequate security, sexual assault, police misconduct, and school or student abuse. David also represents individuals and businesses in complex workplace and commercial disputes, including wage and hour collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, workplace discrimination, intellectual property theft, and contract disputes. Before founding Fried Bonder White, David spent years on the defense side at prominent national firms, representing corporations and insurers in employment and injury litigation. That experience gives him a strategic advantage in anticipating defenses and positioning cases for meaningful resolution. As lead counsel and co-counsel, David and the firm have recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients through trials, mediations, and settlements.
