  • David Fried

    Trial Lawyer, Founding Partner

    David Fried is a trial lawyer who represents injured individuals and businesses. Most of David’s practice focuses on helping catastrophically injured clients and their families recover full compensation resulting from negligent and intentional harms including medical malpractice, auto and trucking wrecks, motorcycle and bicycle wrecks, road defects and defective premises, inadequate security, sexual assault, police misconduct and school/student abuse cases.  

    The remainder of David’s practice is devoted to helping resolve workplace and business disputes including contract breaches, theft of intellectual property and all types of work-place discrimination. David has particular expertise handling large complex wage and hour class claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. 
    David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in business from Binghamton University in New York. In 1995, David graduated from Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. Following graduation, Mr. Fried took and passed both the Georgia and New York bar exams. Following law school, David was hired by the Georgia Superior Courts as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Tom Pope, the Honorable Jefferson Davis, and the Honorable Shepherd Howell in Cartersville, Georgia. 

    Prior to forming Fried Bonder White, David worked on the other side of his current plaintiff’s practice  – defending injury cases with the Atlanta insurance defense firm, Fain, Major & Brennan. He later joined the Atlanta office of Jackson Lewis, a national employment and labor firm,  where he concentrated his practice on Fair Labor Standards Act Wage and Overtime claims and employment discrimination defense litigation.  David continued his management side employment practice with the Atlanta office of Hunton Andrews Kurth, focusing on Fair Labor Standards Act litigation, employment discrimination claims and client counseling. 

    After years of defense work, David left the “big firm” environment with the goal of representing injured individuals and businesses.  Fried Bonder White is the successful result of David, Scott and Joe’s combined experience, passion, work-ethic and vision. As lead counsel, co-counsel, and partner, David and the firm have recovered millions of dollars for their clients through trials, settlements, and mediations, in both state and federal courts throughout the county. 

    Since 2005, David has been Identified by Law & Politics and the publishers of Atlanta Magazine as Georgia’s Legal Elite and consistently named among Georgia’s Super Lawyers. He is a regularly invited guest speaker for legal seminars, web and podcasts. David lives in Atlanta with his wife Della, his two children Benjamin and Joscelin-James, their black lab Zelda and their cat, Panther.

  • Scott Bonder

    Trial Lawyer, Founding Partner

    Scott L. Bonder is a trial lawyer focusing primarily on business and commercial litigation, breach of contract disputes, wrongful interference with contracts and business relationships, RICO and class actions. In addition, Scott is often called on to assist clients on more complex catastrophic injury cases.

    Scott started his career at one of the world’s largest law firms and was eventually named partner.  Scott  has regularly been named one of Atlanta’s “Super Lawyers” for Business Litigation and one of Atlanta’s “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. Scott is also routinely named as one of the Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine. 

    He has represented clients in, among others, the automotive, real estate investment, credit processing, hospitality, medical product, manufacturing, textile, trucking, investment banking, securities, advertising, and distribution industries. Scott has consistently represented an international franchisor of hotels in franchise and intellectual property litigation, is the national outside coordinating counsel for litigation on behalf of a national financial institution, and regularly represents other businesses, large and small, in ongoing relationships. 

    Scott has also represented individuals in a wide range of business related cases, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, whistleblower, share and option issuance, fraudulent conveyances, and small business dissolution matters. The representation of small businesses includes incredibly diverse industries including, medical practices, sales organizations, restaurants, office supply wholesalers, EB5 immigration based investment brokers, hotel owner and management groups and hydroponic farms. Scott’s broad range of experience brings a broad and knowledgeable perspective to every case.

    Scott’s experience before federal and state courts includes class actions, jury trials, bench trials and appellate matters. He has appeared in the State Courts of California, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Texas as well as federal courts in Georgia, Alabama, California, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska New York, Alabama and Tennessee.

    Scott was honored by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal’s Judicial Nomination Commission when they recommended him for a state court judgeship in DeKalb County. The Supreme Court of Georgia has twice appointed him as a special master to hear disciplinary matters concerning alleged lawyer misconduct. The State Bar of Georgia requesting his service on the Statewide Judicial Evaluation Committee.  Scott has also been asked to serve on numerous political campaigns providing his insight into strategy, and deep knowledge of Georgia’s legal community.
    In the community, Scott has been an active contributor in a variety of venues.  Scott was an active cub scout and boy scout leader, president of his children’s elementary school PTA, active in the formation of an educational advocacy group for DeKalb County, and was a voting member to the DeKalb County Board of Ethics. 

  • Joe White

    Trial Lawyer, Partner

    Joe is a trial lawyer who specializes in handling business disputes, employment disputes, and personal injury litigation. Mr. White has been consistently recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyer” and as a member of Georgia’s “Legal Elite”. 

    Mr. White joined FBW in 2006, after spending five years as an associate at one of Atlanta’s largest law firms. Since joining FBW, Mr. White has successfully resolved dozens of business and employment disputes for individuals and businesses of all sizes. Mr. White has also recovered millions of dollars on behalf of employees, personal injury victims, and other aggrieved clients. Mr. White prides himself on delivering excellent client service and achieving his clients’ objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.

    Mr. White graduated with honors from Tulane Law School in 2001, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and also served as managing editor of the Tulane Law Review. Mr. White is a native of Atlanta and attended college at Emory University where he studied philosophy and political science. He lives in Candler Park with his wife Deanna and their daughters, Naomi and Delaney.

    Alex Mosiyachenko

    Senior Paralegal

    Alex supports the firm’s personal injury and employment practices with care, precision, and deep procedural knowledge. Before joining FBW in 2017, she spent six years working as a freelance paralegal in New York, gaining experience across a wide range of matters.

    Alex earned her B.S. in Legal Assistant Studies from the New York City College of Technology, graduating magna cum laude. She also previously served as a Senior Court Office Assistant for the Nassau County Family Court, where she managed complex UIFSA petitions.

    Currently, Alex is pursuing her law degree at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She lives in Woodstock with her husband Dan and their four adopted cats—Xerxes, Polaroid, Kodak, and Princess Carolyn. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and a good true crime podcast.

    Sanju Nagin

    Firm Administrator and Paralegal

    Sanju supports all aspects of the firm’s business litigation practice, bringing a thoughtful and organized approach to complex matters. Prior to joining Fried Bonder White, he worked as a paralegal in an Atlanta-area plaintiff’s personal injury firm.

    Sanju earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where he studied History with minors in Health Systems Administration and Social Science & Medicine. He later completed Emory University’s post-baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate program.

    Outside of work, Sanju enjoys running, traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He values balance, curiosity, and staying engaged both professionally and personally.
