Carson L. Modrall is a litigator who specializes in complex business and construction litigation.

Prior to joining
Fried Bonder White, Ms. Modrall worked as a construction litigation associate at an Atlanta based boutique litigation firm. While in law school, Ms. Modrall spent a semester working at the Supreme Court of Georgia as an extern for the Honorable Justice David E. Nahmias. 

Ms. Modrall graduated from Emory School of Law in 2018, where she was inducted into the Order of Emory Advocates for her achievements in advocacy. Ms. Modrall competed and coached in the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Competition, where she won a top oralist award as a competitor. Ms. Modrall also competed in the National Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Ms. Modrall attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Religious Studies and Plan II Honors.
